○ Instructions for most apps are located within the product archive (each product page states which instructions are included).

○ However, we are happy to help you find any specific ones for your software. Email us with any questions to support@paramountmotion.com

Which video editing apps / app versions are your products compatible with?

○ Each product page contains this info. Please check compatibility before making a purchase.
 
○ Email us at support@paramountmotion.com if you are not 100% sure if your app will work with a certain product.

What to do if you did not receive a download link?

○ Check your Spam folder as some mail gets rejected by filters.

○ If your Spam folder is empty: please write to us at support@paramountmotion.com stating your name. We will find the transaction and resend you the link.

How does your license agreement work?

The License include:
 
Free or commercial, monetized or not, for-profit or not-for-profit – you can create as many End Products as you like!
 
Examples of End Products: apps, games, podcasts, websites, live performances, videos, DVDs, films, YouTube, TV shows and advertisements.
 
What you can’t do with our products:
 
You may not upload the Products to websites, torrents, portals etc. for download.
 
You may not sell, transfer, or sublease the Products to any other party.
 
You may not resell the Products by themself or as part of a package except as
embodied within your own Project or your clients Project.
